A Marriage License authorizes two persons to marry legally.

National ID
Police Clearance
Parental Consent (For 18 to 20 Years Old)
Parental Advise (For 21 to 24 Years Old)
Barangay Residency
Personal Appearance of Couple
Affidavit of Guardianship (If No Parent)
If Previously Married and was Annulled or Terminated, Submit Judicial Decree of Nullity of Marriage or Judicial Decree of Annulment or Annulment Divorce (Certified Photocopy-2 Copies)(Death Certificate if Widow/Widower-Certificate of Marriage if Previously Married)
FOR FOREIGNER APPLICANT
Xerox Copy of Passport
Legal Capacity (From His/Her Embassy) Decree of Divorce If Previously Married
Please Bring the Original Copy & Photocopy - 2 Copies of Each Document
Processing Fees
ONLINE PROCESS
Complete these steps through our E-Services portal

Log in to E-Services.

Select Marriage License Application.
- 3
Fill in all the required fields with the correct information about the groom and bride.
- 4
Upload the digital copies of the required documents to the assigned folder.
- 5
Wait for an email notification regarding the submission of original documents.
- 6
Proceed to the City Civil Registry Department Office to submit the original documents.
- 7
Pay the corresponding fees at the Municipal Treasurer's Office.
- 8
Once paid, the clerk will provide a document indicating the release date of the record.
- 9
Submit the notarized marriage license application form and all the other required documents.
- 10
Before receiving the Marriage License: Submit the Certificate of Family Planning and if applicable, submit the Certificate of Marriage Counseling.

Pay required fees.

Receive Marriage License upon approval.
